As I am a student and working toword project for the real company I researched the budget I will be require to have when producing the real product.
Firstly I looked at camera hire and then I worked out the average cost per day as shown below;

1. http://www.hirental.co.uk/video_camera_hire/canon/video_cameras_canon_camcorders.html

How I did work out the average?
I did added all 6 sums and than divided it by 6 to work out the average.

LO3.1: Contingency Plan

CONTINGENCY PLAN
Name: Sandra Ksiazek
Title of project: The Three Of Light
Potential problem
Trouble shooting methods
The Camera battery might be empty or the card might get full.
I will have a spear better charged in case the other one will run off as well as I will have the spear card to put the rest of the images on it.

The weather might be bad and the lighting will be too dark.
I will then use my flash and manipulate the setting to have the longer shutter speed to get better lighting.

The consent form might not get signed by everyone who participates in the activities.
At the beginning of the first session I will double check who had signed forms and then eventually I will avoid photographing the people without the signature or in worst case I will edit photos so that their faces are blurred.

My computer might crush while editing or storing the pictures or footage.
I will make the backup copy of all my work onto the USB stick so that I am sure I will be able to give the work to the client on time.
