Re: Consent Forms.

CIAO!/Henley Festival/Reading Borough Council/Windsor Festival requires confirmation that all children involved in the Tree of Light project have returned appropriate consent forms regarding filming, photography and recording. These forms relate to permission for partners in the Thames Arts Consortium and key stakeholders (CIAO!, Henley Festival, Oxford Inspires. Windsor Festival, RM Communications, Legacy Trust UK and Arts Council England) to photograph, film and record children’s voices as part of the this project. These recordings may be used for the following purposes: on the Tree of Light and Thames Arts partners’ websites and in its electronic media, in local newspapers; for a film documenting the project; and in Thames Arts partners’ publicity materials. These images and voice recordings may be made available to local and national media including TV and radio.

At events and activities associated with this project, teachers are responsible for ensuring that any children who have had permission withheld remain within an area that is designated for non recording purposes.
